Dear players,
We are here to inform you that you may have some G Points that will expire in the next 30 days (May 28 23:59). Redeem them in the Points Store as soon as possible.
How to check my Points that will expire?
Go to Wallet > G Points.
Points Expiration Rules
The G Points you earned will expire at the end of the next year after earning them. Every year on December 31st at 24:00, the unused Points acquired in last year will be cleared.
That is, the Points that will be cleared at 24:00 on December 31st of 2020 are the Points acquired from January 1st of 2019 to December 31st of 2019.”
Following this rule, at the end of 2019, your unused Points obtained in 2018 will be cleared. But unfortunately, we found some players’ s G Points failed to be deducted. So we have decided to leave another one month for you to redeem these G Points.
