War Rage To Launch Internationally Within The Next 18 Months

Some exciting news about NetEase Games' upcoming MMORPG War Rage was announced at G-Star 2016. According to 2p, the company expects to launch the game internationally within the next 12 to 18 months. The plan is to make "medieval European legions" playable in addition to "Chinese legions" by that time.

Some details about the game's sandbox elements were also unveiled. Players will be able to explore the world, build structures, and develop various territories.

The first region that will be made available in-game will be set in Northwestern China, where the Silk Road begins.

Weather will directly impact gameplay in some form or another, but details were not given.

Additionally, it was announced that console and VR versions of the game are being considered.
